Position Overview

Sapling is seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite , including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop , and capable of producing clean, professional designs across print, digital, and marketing platforms.

Video editing and animation experience is a BIG plus —especially for product videos, marketing content, and social media materials.

We are looking for someone detail-oriented, innovative , and able to bring strong visual communication skills to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for print, digital, packaging, presentations, and marketing materials .

• Develop and maintain consistent branding for Sapling’s products and marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to translate ideas into high-quality graphics.

• Prepare production-ready files, including layouts for packaging, catalogs, flyers, and digital ads.

• Edit and enhance product images using Photoshop and Illustrator.

• (Plus) Edit videos for promotional content, product showcases, and online marketing.

• (Plus) Produce basic motion graphics or short animation videos.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , including:

• InDesign

• Illustrator

• Photoshop

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work and versatility.

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding .

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
