About the company

Our client is a technology company helping organizations manage and prepare their data for AI initiatives. Its technology supports data management, governance, compliance, and AI readiness across sectors including financial services, healthcare, legal, government, and manufacturing. The company is building a lean, AI-enabled go-to-market organization where automation enables people to focus on customer relationships, strategic thinking, and revenue. This is an opportunity to join a technology business going through an ambitious phase of growth and transformation.

About the role

This is a hands-on technical role responsible for building and running the AI agent systems that support marketing and pipeline operations, while also owning the company website. You will work closely with growth marketing, content, sales, leadership, and, where relevant, finance or administration. Your work will make go-to-market activities faster, more reliable, and measurable by connecting systems, maintaining clean data, and ensuring operational workflows run effectively.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain the central marketing AI agent system and its specialist pipelines for reporting and data quality, intent-based outreach, CRM and inbound routing, research, and messaging.
  • Use deterministic pipelines where the process is known, and agents only where dynamic reasoning adds value.
  • Integrate source systems through APIs, MCP tools, and n8n where useful, including HubSpot, Amplemarket, LinkedIn, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Asana, and the website CMS.
  • Maintain the operational database, using PostgreSQL or an equivalent technology, so business state, approvals, and run history are stored outside agent memory.
  • Run the approval queue, allowing safe internal actions to run automatically while routing outreach, spend, and publishing for the appropriate sign-off.
  • Monitor runs, errors, and output quality; fix issues, add evaluation examples, and keep pipelines version-controlled and documented.
  • Keep business rules such as the ideal customer profile, scoring thresholds, routing, and suppression configurable so marketing can adjust them without code changes.
  • Own website performance, uptime, security updates, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Build and update landing pages, forms, and content templates for campaigns, events, and AEO content.
  • Own website tracking, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs, conversion events, and the form-to-HubSpot handoff.
  • Set up website visitor-to-account identification to feed intent signals into outreach.
  • Run conversion-rate optimization experiments with marketing and report the results.
  • Make the website technically ready for AI answer engines and search through schema, structured data, crawlability, and page-speed improvements.
  • Keep HubSpot clean, including lifecycle stages, ownership, deduplication, and source attribution.
  • Configure Amplemarket sequences and deliverability settings with marketing, and feed outcome data back into reporting.
  • Produce a weekly reporting brief covering pipeline, campaign performance, and system health.
  • Support the Growth Marketing Lead with reporting, intent queues, landing pages, and conversion-rate optimization tests.
  • Support the AEO and Content Specialist with site structure, schema, content templates, and AEO tracking.
  • Support the Sales Manager with qualified, well-briefed meetings and clean CRM data.
  • Support leadership with daily briefs, approval routing, and system health information.
  • Provide budget and spend data in reporting when supporting finance or administration.

Must-have

  • 3–5 years of experience in GTM engineering, marketing operations engineering, RevOps automation, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong Python or JavaScript/TypeScript skills, plus experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
  • Hands-on experience building LLM workflows or agents in production, not just prototypes.
  • SQL skills and working knowledge of PostgreSQL or a similar database.
  • Deep HubSpot experience, including workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, and the API.
  • Experience owning a website through a CMS such as WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot CMS, plus HTML/CSS skills and the ability to make basic front-end fixes.
  • Experience setting up GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including conversion tracking and UTMs.
  • A habit of building reliable systems through error handling, logging, retries, version control, and documentation.
  • Clear written English and comfort working asynchronously with a US team.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience building AI agent or LLM pipelines on an orchestration platform such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or a similar platform. Prior experience with the company's platform is not required.
  • Experience using n8n, Make, or Zapier for integrations.
  • Experience with Amplemarket, Clay, Apollo, or Outreach.
  • Experience with visitor-identification tools and intent data.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO and AEO, including schema, structured data, and page speed.
  • B2B SaaS experience, ideally with products sold to enterprise data or IT teams.

What's offered

  • Full-time, fully remote work from Latin America.
  • Working hours that include overlap with US business hours.
  • The opportunity to build and operate AI-enabled go-to-market infrastructure with direct impact on marketing and pipeline performance.
  • Ownership across AI workflows, automation, website operations, data quality, analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Collaboration with an international, cross-functional team spanning growth marketing, content, sales, leadership, and operations.
  • The chance to contribute to a technology company helping organizations prepare enterprise data for AI.
