About Us

We are an innovative leader in luxury onboard wellness and medical aesthetics, delivering high-end cosmetic procedures directly to guests traveling aboard MSC Cruise ships worldwide. Operating as the official Medi-Spa inside luxury cruise liners, we elevate the vacation experience by offering advanced non-surgical anti-aging therapies, including neurotoxins (Botox), dermal fillers, microneedling, laser treatments, exosomes, and sophisticated skin rejuvenation.

Our mission is to blend five-star clinical aesthetics with world-class hospitality, giving global travelers access to transformative cosmetic results while sailing across the Caribbean, Europe, and South America.

Role Summary

Are you an outgoing, high-performing B2C closer who excels at face-to-face engagements and public presentations?

We are looking for Onboard Sales Representatives to lead guest acquisition for our onboard medical aesthetic clinics. Operating as the sole dedicated sales professional on your assigned ship, you will partner directly with an onboard nurse. Your primary mission is to proactively engage cruise ship passengers across the ship, conduct educational seminars, deliver 1-on-1 consultations, and convert interest into high-ticket cosmetic treatment packages.

Note: Medical aesthetics experience is not required — we provide online and onboard product training. However, you MUST bring proven, high-converting B2C closing skills and comfort with cold outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Guest Engagement: Actively connect with passengers throughout the ship (decks, lounges, near spa areas) to introduce cosmetic and anti-aging treatments — going beyond inbound clinic inquiries.
  • Public Speaking & Presentations: Host engaging onboard educational seminars, group talks, and dinner activations introducing procedures like Botox, fillers, microneedling, and exosomes.
  • Consultative Closing: Conduct 1-on-1 consultations to assess client needs and close high-ticket service packages.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the onboard nurse to coordinate treatments, schedule bookings, and achieve joint revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Proven Closing Track Record: Strong B2C sales experience with a history of hitting high-ticket performance targets. Entry-level candidates requiring basic sales skills training will not be considered.
  • Fluent English: Advanced/fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are strictly required.
  • Outgoing & Proactive Personality: High energy, fearless approach to cold outreach/networking, and comfort presenting in front of groups.
  • Life at Sea Readiness: Willingness to live and work onboard a cruise ship for 6 to 8 continuous months.

Preferred / Desirable Background

  • Previous experience in high-ticket retail, luxury goods, cosmetics/beauty, hospitality, vacation ownership/timeshare, or onboard cruise sales.
  • Portuguese language skills (a major advantage for Brazilian ship deployments).

Compensation, Logistics & Benefits

  • Employment Type: Independent Contractor | Extended Rotations (6–8 month onboard contracts)
  • Location: Worldwide Cruise Ships (departures out of Miami/Florida, Brazil, and Europe/Mediterranean)
  • Work Schedule: 55–60 hours/week (flexible hours tied to ship itinerary; full workdays on Sea Days, half-days/port time when docked)
  • Salary: Base salary + commissions
  • Perks: Full onboard room & board (accommodation and meals provided at no cost) + Re-signing Bonus covering initial travel/visa costs upon return for a 2nd contract.
  • Travel Assistance & Advance: Candidates arrange their initial travel and visa fees (~2,000–2,500 USD total). Upfront financial assistance/advances for flight tickets to port are available and deductible from future earnings.
  • Global Travel: Explore international port destinations during off-duty hours while docked.

Recruitment & Onboarding Workflow

Selection to boarding takes approximately 30 days:

  1. Recruiter Screening: Screening interview.
  2. HR Interview: Interview with the company's HR.
  3. Final Interview: Final approval interview with the CEO.
  4. Medical & Background Clearance: Pre-employment medical check (~4–5 days) and background check verification.
