Role Summary
We are hiring a LATAM-based Performance Marketing & CRO Specialist (3–5 years experience) to take commercial ownership of full-funnel acquisition, activation, and conversion mechanics across client accounts. In this role, you treat full-funnel growth as an ongoing, data-driven experimentation engine. You do not manage creative design, write copy, or resolve back-office IT ticketing queues; instead, you evaluate performance data across every touchpoint, run rapid A/B and multivariate experiments, and iterate systematically to optimize micro-conversion rates. Working directly with our founder, you will connect top-of-funnel traffic signals with back-end CRM data (HubSpot, webhooks, lead scoring) to continuously scale account performance.
What You’ll Own & Do
● Ownership of Conversion Journeys: Take end-to-end ownership of user conversion paths across assigned accounts. Deconstruct any sequential user journey into discrete micro-steps—from initial touch or engagement, through qualification, activation, conversion, or retention—and use quantitative data to pinpoint exact drop-off bottlenecks.
● CRO & High-Velocity Experimentation: Autonomously design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across diverse conversion touchpoints (e.g., interactive flows, forms, dynamic offers, user onboarding steps, lifecycle triggers). Read conversion math to double down on winning variations and shut down failing tests fast.
● Data-Driven Creative Partnership: Partner directly with our Performance Creative Lead by bringing performance data, messaging angles, and micro-conversion metrics (CPAs, drop-off points, conversion math) to the table. Collaborate on testing new offers and creative iterations based on commercial insights.
● Closed-Loop MarTech & Data Synchronization: Configure and audit CRM lifecycle logic, audience segmentation, and qualification rules. Ensure back-end conversion signals and qualification events flow seamlessly across MarTech platforms via webhooks or native integrations to continually sharpen targeting logic. ● Client Performance Reviews & Data Translation: Lead live video calls with US-based client teams to walk through experiment outcomes, micro-conversion metrics, and tactical testing roadmaps. (Founder leads overarching account strategy; you own execution data and test velocity).
● Playbook Standardization: Package winning CRO frameworks, high-performing journey structures, and experiment insights into standardized playbooks that can be systematically deployed across portfolio accounts. Skills and Experience We’re Looking For Must-Have ● 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CRO, growth, or performance marketing: Must have direct accountability for conversion metrics (CPAs, conversion rates, opt-in rates, pipeline value) across defined user journeys.
● CRO & User Friction Analysis: Ability to analyze conversion data across any structured touchpoint sequence—whether that is a paid-to-landing-page flow, interactive quiz funnel, in-app onboarding path, dynamic CRM journey, or multi-channel messaging sequence.
● Micro-Conversion Data Literacy: Ability to break down user touchpoint sequences (e.g., engagement -> qualification -> activation -> conversion) into discrete micro-steps and use quantitative data to pinpoint specific drop-off bottlenecks.
● Hands-On Experimentation Stack: Demonstrated track record of setting up, running, and analyzing A/B or multivariate tests across landing pages, forms, popups, or email/SMS automations using testing tools (Unbounce, Webflow, VWO, or native CRM experimentation features).
● CRM & MarTech Execution: Direct experience configuring lifecycle workflows, audience segmentation, and lead qualification logic inside at least one major CRM or marketing platform (HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
● C1/C2 Fluent English & Live Call Confidence: Strong, clear verbal communication skills to present CRO experiment outcomes, walk through conversion metrics, and explain tactical iterations directly to US client teams on live video calls.
Nice-to-Have ● Data Signaling & Webhooks: Baseline understanding of how data flows between systems (e.g., webhooks via Zapier/Make/N8N, lead qualification scoring, or mapping CRM events back to acquisition channels).
● Multi-Brand / Portfolio Context: Experience in agency, franchise, or multi-location environments where marketing frameworks are adapted across distinct brands or cohorts.
● Event Tracking & Server-Side Basics: Exposure to Google Tag Manager, custom event tracking schemas, or CAPI setup for ad platform optimization. What Success Looks Like in This Role
● Touchpoint & Micro-Conversion Mastery: You deconstruct any sequence of customer interactions (interactive quizzes, dynamic CRM paths, landing pages, multi-channel messaging) into measurable micro-conversions, using early touchpoint signals to build data efficiency toward final purchases.
● High CRO & Experiment Velocity: You autonomously design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across user touchpoints, using conversion math to boost yield, lower CPAs, and improve offer efficiency.
● Data-Driven Creative Partnership: You bring hard touchpoint metrics (CPAs, drop-off rates, CVR, AOV) and messaging insights to our Performance Creative Lead, collaborating to rapidly test new commercial iterations.
● Proactive Test & Campaign Ownership: You take hands-on ownership of conversion performance, continuously pulling MarTech levers and refining journey mechanics to hit client targets without waiting for task lists.
● Confident Data Translation: You lead live video calls with US client teams, translating touchpoint data, micro-conversion signals, and test outcomes into clear, actionable updates. What Success Does NOT Look Like
● Internal IT / Ticketing Focus: Prioritizing software setup queues, internal workflow ticketing, or back-office SLAs over driving customer conversion and campaign performance.
● Linear & Siloed Funnel Thinking: Forcing touchpoints into rigid, sequential loops or treating channels as isolated silos, rather than optimizing the connected customer journey.
● Confusing Micro-Conversions with Final Outcomes: Treating intermediate touchpoints (form completes or email opt-ins) as the end goal, rather than leveraging them as data signals to drive ultimate purchase value.
● Creative Execution Bottlenecks: Attempting to produce graphic assets yourself or clashing over visual aesthetics, rather than bringing performance numbers and commercial insights to support the Creative Lead.
● Passive Reporting Without Action: Pointing out touchpoint friction or rising CPAs without formulating and executing an active experiment to resolve it.
