GENTY Recruitment is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our international recruitment team.
We work with international companies hiring talent across Latin America. Our vacancies cover both technology roles (software engineering, data, DevOps, product, design) and non-technical roles (sales, marketing, customer success, operations, finance, HR and more). We're looking for a recruiter who can independently manage the full recruitment cycle — from understanding the client's requirements and building a search strategy to interviewing candidates and successfully closing positions.
What you'll do
- Manage IT and non-IT vacancies through the full recruitment cycle
- Communicate directly with international clients in English
- Run intake calls and understand the technical, functional and business requirements of each role
- Build sourcing strategies tailored to different roles, seniority levels and markets
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, Boolean search and other channels
- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates against the role's requirements
- Present qualified candidates to clients
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process
- Manage candidate pipelines and keep information up to date in the ATS
- Work closely with the recruitment team and share sourcing and market insights
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter (agency experience is a plus)
- Experience hiring for IT roles, non-IT roles, or both — and willingness to work on both
- Experience managing vacancies through the full recruitment cycle
- Strong sourcing skills and practical knowledge of Boolean search
- Ability to quickly learn a new role, industry or tech stack and talk about it confidently with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience with an ATS and modern recruitment tools
- Ability to build and execute a sourcing strategy independently
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Experience communicating with hiring managers or clients
- English good enough for direct communication with international clients and candidates
- Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to handle several vacancies at once and work independently
