About the role
The Sales Executive leads guest acquisition for an onboard medical aesthetics clinic and is the primary dedicated sales professional on the assigned ship. Working closely with an onboard nurse, this role engages passengers throughout the ship, delivers educational presentations, conducts one-to-one consultations, and converts interest into high-value treatment packages. The position is suited to an outgoing, proven B2C closer who is comfortable with proactive outreach, public speaking, and life at sea.
What you'll do
- Proactively engage passengers throughout the ship, including on decks, in lounges, and near spa areas, to introduce cosmetic and anti-aging treatments.
- Host engaging educational seminars, group talks, and dinner activations covering procedures such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, exosomes, and laser treatments.
- Conduct one-to-one consultations to understand guest needs and close high-value treatment packages.
- Partner with the onboard nurse to coordinate treatments and schedule bookings.
- Work collaboratively with the onboard clinical team to achieve shared revenue targets.
- Follow up on guest interest and convert suitable opportunities into clinic bookings.
Must-have
- Proven B2C sales experience with a strong closing record and a history of achieving high-value sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively approach customers and generate business through cold outreach and networking.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- An outgoing, energetic, and proactive communication style.
- Confidence presenting to groups and speaking in public.
- Willingness and ability to live and work onboard a cruise ship for 6–8 continuous months.
- Professionalism, resilience, and readiness to work flexible hours according to the ship itinerary.
- A proven sales background; entry-level candidates requiring basic sales training will not be considered.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in medical aesthetics, medical spas, cosmetics, beauty, luxury goods, hospitality, high-ticket retail, vacation ownership/timeshare, or onboard cruise sales.
- Portuguese language skills, particularly for assignments involving Brazilian itineraries.
