About the role
The Website Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day management, optimization, and continuous improvement of a growing network of corporate and clinic websites. Reporting closely to the Director of Digital Marketing, this role will work across Marketing, Analytics, Creative, SEO, Operations, developers, and external vendors. The position is ideal for a marketing-minded website professional who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and improving digital experiences without needing to be a highly specialized development engineer.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day website updates and content publishing across corporate and clinic websites.
- Manage and prioritize website requests and development tickets, ensuring updates and enhancements are completed accurately and on time.
- Help improve website usability, navigation, and user journeys to support business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve key website experiences, including appointment booking, recruiting, and other high-value user journeys.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to improve page speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall website performance.
- Monitor website health and help coordinate the resolution of technical issues.
- Perform quality assurance testing before publishing website updates to ensure functionality, accuracy, and a consistent user experience.
- Support the day-to-day administration of website CMS platforms.
- Maintain website content, templates, page organization, and redirects across the website ecosystem.
- Help maintain consistency in branding, page layouts, and website standards across all web properties.
- Support the rollout of new pages, website features, and CMS enhancements.
- Partner with developers and vendors on larger website improvements and platform enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to improve website processes and overall CMS efficiency.
- Develop a working understanding of technical website concepts to effectively collaborate with developers and support website enhancements.
- Support implementation and quality assurance of technical website updates, including metadata, schema, redirects, indexing, and website tracking, in partnership with developers and SEO stakeholders.
- Help monitor and improve website accessibility by partnering with developers and vendors to support ADA compliance and accessibility best practices across the websites.
- Assist with quality assurance testing following website deployments to ensure functionality, tracking, and user experience are working as expected.
- Use tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics 4, and other analytics platforms to identify opportunities to improve user experience and website performance.
- Support website testing initiatives and recommend improvements based on user behavior, heatmaps, session recordings, and performance data.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and developers to improve key website conversion paths, including appointment booking and recruiting.
- Track website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics using analytics platforms, including Google Analytics 4.
- Analyze website performance and identify opportunities to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Develop recurring reports and dashboards to communicate website performance and recommendations.
- Partner with the Analytics team to prioritize website enhancements based on performance data and business needs.
- Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Creative, SEO, Operations, developers, and external vendors to support website initiatives.
- Collaborate with SEO partners to ensure website structure and technical implementation support organic search performance.
- Coordinate website projects from planning through implementation while communicating timelines, priorities, and project status.
- Present website updates, recommendations, and project progress to the Director of Digital Marketing.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deliver a reliable, high-performing website experience across corporate and clinic websites.
- Improve website engagement and conversion rates through ongoing optimization and user experience enhancements.
- Build strong working relationships with developers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver successful website improvements.
- Maintain a well-managed website ecosystem through timely execution of website requests, effective quality assurance, and continuous operational improvements.
Must-have
- 3+ years of experience in website management, CMS administration, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, Contentful, Sitecore, or similar.
- Strong understanding of website management, user experience, and conversion rate optimization principles.
- Experience using tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar platforms to analyze user behavior and identify website optimization opportunities.
- Experience supporting or participating in website testing initiatives and using results to recommend improvements.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers on website updates.
- Working knowledge of technical website concepts, including metadata, schema, redirects, indexing, and website structure.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, or similar website analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate website performance and user behavior data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple website projects, requests, and competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude, to support research, documentation, and day-to-day productivity.

- Experience supporting multi-location or franchise websites is preferred.
